THE FOOD

Our food is made for grazing; just as you’d dine sitting streetside in Nice or on a piazza in Florence. Think olives, cheese, charcuterie, and rotating toast & crudo options. 

For our plant-based friends; we have several options including a plant-based board with house-made dips, mushroom pâté and accompaniments. 

We have a great pickling program; and all our parfaits, pâtés and conserves are made in-house.

THE WINE LIST

We source interesting and low-intervention wines with new labels arriving every week. Many of the wines that make it on the Theo’s shelf have tiny allocations, so once they’re gone we’re unlikely to see them until the next vintage is released. 

Our wine list is visual with 100-odd labels stretching the length of the bar. Be sure to chat to any of our staff about the Reserve list.

THE COCKTAILS

Our cocktail list changes with the seasons, using the best local & seasonal product to deliver an interesting and well-balanced menu that offers something for every palate. Or, talk to us about something more classic.
